Well I cannot speak for them myself but I used the search function and I didnt find anyone speaking poorly of them.
I personally vouch for foundmy.com as will many others on this forum. Also charlie_ps2 is a reputable reseller and I doubt you'll have any problems with his service.

I cannot vouch for mc-sales.biz either as I haven't bought anything from them, but I can vouch for charlie_ps2. I bought my Messiah 2 chips from him and everything went smoothly. And IIRC, his prices are better than mc-sales.biz too.
