installed a magic 3.0 blue chip into a v1 ps2, doesnt boot backup games and the picture is distorted... half green fades across screen to redish color... any help would be nice

Check the cd/dvd controller points. if not let me know i stay chicago ill take a look at it.

free? hehe im actually installing this for a customer... never did a v1 though... and the install diagrams are different.. the bios chip is in the opposite spot than the picture shows... its not a v2 or 3 either... where in chicago are you located? thanks
