No video/browser on my V5 PS2
No video/browser on my V5 PS2 –

I have a V5 PS2 and have recently attempted to install a Magic 2 R modchip with a clipkit(only 7 wires to solder). After reassembling the PS2, there is no video output/sound (all proper cables are plugged in). The eject button works and both blue/green lights are working. When a disc is inserted the DVD drive spins. I have completely backed out of the installation, yet the problem remains.
After checking for soldering bridges I found one between the legs of the "W" point. I have removed the bridge, but still no video. I read on charlie's FAQ that I should check the fuses. I just bought a multimeter and was wondering what would be the best way of checking the fuses? and which one would be the most likely culprit. Any help would be appreciated
