Here's the correct one. Hull_Chipper has provided the NTSC fix and not the RGB fix. Sorry about that Hull_Chipper.

this fix does not work it was an atempt at the colour fix by charlie a while back it did not work im working on the rgb fix now also a colour fix for ntsc movies to play in colout its being a bit of a pain since they intergrated the 2 video encoders.
