need help here...

i had a similar prob befor but now even original cd not work even if i disable the chip on my ps2 v5 with duo 2 and sure that cd backup too..

what could be the prob..i need to mention that dvd work flawlessly backups and original ..just prob to read cd kind..someone bump into that issue? i try 40 times and maybe one time it work.. the other times it jump for half second to memory card screen and give me the red screen immediately after that..

maybe a laser adjustment or replacement?

or something else??

try a laser cleaning first. then if that doesn't work adjsut the laser
