Need help badly, Please read

I have installed a CC chip in a V10 Pal no sound and no picture, did clean all solder points and did check over the board so i dont have eny solder splashes.

No when i did try it again without modchip and cleaned solder spots there is still black screen and no sound..

Hope you tech guys have some clue how to fix this mess.....

short on the bios pins.

A have messure and no short on the bios pins, some other good idea?? realy need to get this machine fixed.....

NÂ£TMÂ£Ã‡H did go over the bios legs again and cleaned up several times and messured..

Now the machine works..
