need confirmation that this is not a v9 motherboard

Hey guys
I bought this board from someone thinking it was a v9
The case it came out of was Scph 50001 datecode 3c which is what I went by in determining the v9.
I had these pictures of it before hand but I didnt look close enough to realize it was not a v9 until I got the board and realized its a 5 or 6 or maybe 7
The board number is gh-015.
I know its not a v9 but I need to convince the guy who sold it to me because he said he used info from ps2newz to determine it was a v9.
Now that I look at this picture I can tell its not a v9 but I just want others to confirm this.

It's a V5.
