Myth Chip in a Pal V14 H-Point

Hi!

A short and hopefully simple question

I want to apply a Myth Chip to a Pal V14. Do I need to solder the H-Point? With other Chips this Point is for japanese models - as far as I know...

I tried both variants with and without soldering the H-Point. Without H the Chip didn't work - with it did perfectly.
Any other experiences?
