mx4 and v5 pal

this is my third mod, after finished all the solderings i tested the ps2. the console was totally naked only power board main board and dvd drive were connected. Voila!! it worked i managed to flash the chip and test it with 2 different games, original dvd onimusha2, played it for awhile untill the ps2 suddenly shut down. just realised i didnt attach the fan, the cpu probably overheated.

let it cool for awhile and switched it back on with house fan blowing the console and tested backup copy killzone, worked great and i even managed to finish the first stage.

turned it off and disconnected all the cables and started assambling everything. just before screw the 8 cover screws i tested it again and it didnt work, the red light turned green for about a second and turned to red again.

removed everything again and found out what a stupid thing i did. i accidently put the B and I wires through the screw hole. erghh.... fixed it and did a test and things didnt go right. all backup games no longer works not even original copy of different format.BUT, backup dvd video works just find.

can someone tell me what is wrong with it...
