which modchip is this one?

Hi guys, wanted to know which chip is this one i got(name, model etc).Was installed on a ps2 of a friend and the cables at the other side has been detached.

that is a messiah cip , if you can tell what version or motherboard do you have i can give you a diagram! look at this site it have some diagrams for the suported versions:

i have an SCPH 30004 model.is that ok?

The 30004 includes 3 or 4 versions and 5 diferent boards ! if you know your board it will be easy to give you a diagram!

Is a GH-0XX only series up to 70004 have GH-XXX-XX this is a 30004 model!

how can i recognize the board if the modchip is over the board name... anyway the only letters-numbers that i can see are: gh 00.............
if post a photo of the board will help??
