Modchip installer from Shawinigan, QuÃ©bec?

How about www.mod-area.com/ or www.modchipmontreal.com. Those are good places for quebec installations.

I highly recommend www.mod-area.com, i've had him chip a PS2 version 1, something people are usually avoiding and recently a PSTwo, and both times, great service, unbeatable prices compared to other Mtl locals, you won't be disapointed.
