Modchip downloads

As I am new to all of this, how do I get the upgrades for my matrix infinity onto the Ps2. The downloads are bin and cue files but how do I put them on disc - what programme do I use?

any cd burning program
download burnatonce, its free

or use alcohol 120%, works great!
