Modbo750 and Codebreaker 9.2 (cracked and not)
Hi all, this is my first post here.
I was looking around the forum but I couldn“t see an answer to my problem.
I have a modbo750 installed (matrix v1.82 firmware) on a V14 PS2. It runs all the PS1 and Ps2 backup, dvd movies and music CDs.
I began to play online and I got involved with "cheats" software. I know that infinity 1,82 firmware is compatible with Codebreaker V9.2 and then I bought it.
My problem is that I can run the codebreaker software but when I change the disk for my backup the "The Disk did not run. Try Again" message appear again and again. This happen with DVD backups only. CD backups run well and with codes enabled.
Then I tried downloading, burning and running the Codebreaker V9.2 cracked (DVD) with exactly the same results...
I noted that if I click run (the CD Icon) on codebreaker without changing the DVD, the codebreaker backup DVD restarts successfully but, if I open the PS2 lid and close it again (without changing the codebreaker DVD) the above message arises again.
I tried enabling and disabling all the options in the modchip settings, including Y-Fix, Macrovision and Green screen without any success; always the same behaviour.
In codebreaker, if I turn off the "auto eject" option, the PS2 hangs at the second running try.
Any idea? perhaps the codebreaker cannot run with not original Matrix chip or the PS2 version has trouble with it...
Do you know any other way to make this works? (is impossible to play without cheats on gamespy servers....) :banghead:
Thanks-
