    i have a problem
    i instaled modbo 760 into my ps2 ,it appears the modbo chip logo
    and when i put a dvd/cd it starts to read it
    on the screen appears playstation 2 (modbo chip) evrything is fine
    but then i can see just a black screen

    any idees??

    is that Original CD/DVD or Backups ?

    it might be also due to bad backups

    well check all your connections again if its all fine .then it might be there is one point dont need solder or need it ( thats i dont know cuz i am not expert on solder things )

    i cheked em all with a multimeter and there was no bridge nothing i dont know what can be the problem...

    i've red about similar problem on this forum. user wrote that he had wrong diagram for his MB. i've chiped my 50003 with modbo 760 about month ago. i've got my diagram from website: http://modbo.pl/schematy.html. its in polish but u should get which link is for u. if u encounter problems post ur MB model on forum and i will send u exact link.

    its odd that i couldnt find diagram exact for 040-52. even google dont know anything about it But i found info that for 040-52 u have to use diagrams for 040-51 (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/640594).

    everything is soldered on the right place i cheked my ps2 10 times its the same like on the diagram....i dont know what is the problem with the I point
    any other ideeas??
