modbo 520 and hd loader

I've installed a modbo520 on a v9. and the customer reported he had problems backing up copied games to hd.

symtons are:
* all copied games play ok.
* hd loader cannot install copied games to hd, but it installed original games ok.

Any ideas? I didnt expect the 520 would have a problem with hd loader, as it works very well with duo2 chip.

me has no experience with hdloader. but the customer said he could install copies games with his another machine which has a duo2 chip

copy games can only be installed via pc. it's not a modbo problem not being able to install copy games.

thanks for the info. my customer must be confused himself about this.
is there any software which can be used to install copied games from a ps2?

hd advance should allow you do copy game i think
suggest you try

errr... what do you mean? copy backup with HDLoader from PS2 DVD/CD?? it's possible with swap magic ;]

EDIT: if modbo plays backups from DVD/CD without any problem, it also should be able to allow HDLoader to install games on HDD...

ive tested a modbo760 on a v10 with hdadvance. games copy from fine from pc to hdd

I think it's not the point of this thread kl1k... author want to solve problem with installing games from PS2s DVD/CD drive to HDD, not from PC...
