I recently purchased a ModBo 4.0 from rhymes with real mextreme and I just got around to installing it. I have a couple of issues though. First one is that the sound is weird and there is a loud buzzing in the background. I haven't tried the optical connection to see if it goes away. Second is that it won't load any games. No backups, no real games. I did read that on Matrix Infinity clones that if you go in and change the settings, they don't work anymore, is this true? If this is true could someone please post a picture of the default settings for a Modbo4.0 that says it is a Matrix Infinity 1.9?
    Thanks,
    Eli

More than likely, you installed it incorrectly, I suggest rechecking all of your solder joints.

I have the Modbo 4.0, and it too displays Matrix Infinity 1.99 firmware. It is an MI clone, and no, changing options does not disable anything from working, I've changed options to get Shadow of the Colossus to boot right, forget what it was off the top of my head, but I did.
