Thought it must be a MI clone, but after install in a v12 last night,, the chip just behaves differently from those modbo's i used to know:

On boot, only showing PS2 logo. the blue screen comes up a little delayed.
Press Triangle dev1 mode works ( i have app in mc0:\BOOT\BOOT.ELF)

Surprisingly, when I pressed Square when boot, it brings up Toxic Bios v1.2 settings manual ! I tried to change one of the settings but freezes afterwards. Reboot again, the chip still works as normal.
Also, Press L1 , the screen shows : DMS4 disabled

The chip looks almost identical to Modbo750 but has extra "F" wire. the boot rate is very good. It's a pitty as you can't save the settings although it does not corrupt the chip.

Thats interesting that it looks like they are starting to clone the DMS chips. I wonder if they will be able to do S.E. chips.
