modchip.ca are mega expensive... I'm sure someone on the board could hook you up with chips for a cheaper price (foundmy.com?)
DMS3-expensive and a harder install, I think. But it boots all DVDs, games, etc. and has the dev. mode (load from Memcard) and it supports HDD.
Magic V-cheap, works, nothing fancy
Messiah 2-little more costly, apparent v9/10 problems (PAL especially/only I think)
If you have the money and will use the features of the DMS3, get one. Otherwise, I'd say get a Magic V.
