I'm looking to mod my PS2, it's a version 7. I would like to know a few things about some different chips.

1)What's the best chip on the market for a v7, money is not a option here.

2)What chip has the most options and features?

3)What one is the best bang for your buck?

4)Quality, what one is the most durable chip?

    Thanks

Dms3 or matrix infinity have the most features. Magic V is the best bang for your buck.

If its a features battle, then I would take the infinity over the DMS chip hands down.

If youre just looking to play backups and dont need all the bells and whistles that the higher end chips have like 90% of the members around here then I suggest you go with the Duo or messiah chips. THese chips are very reliable for the features they have.

Ive seen many people waste $50 on the DMS chip, just so they can say they have it, but if you dont need it, its just a waste.
