MI problem....

after my installation, i can't load any backup disk...
it's seems that it don't support it...
also the controller slot 1 does't work
who can tell me what happened...

here is the photo of my modded ps2...

all point i have checked once more time...
it seems that all right but it can't read any orginal disk and back-up disk
and there was no Matrix Infinity logo when boot up too

I think it's your 3.3V point.Use an alternative 3.3V (see DSM3/4 diagram).That's what I use.If you have a multimeter reconfirm all the connections (from MI to ps2 mainboard points).

but i use multimeter to check the 3.3v point when it's running...
it has 3.3v on it...

I hope you solve your problem as I am in the same boat as you! I am going to take off my chip and try my originals to make sure the laser is ok. See my thread... http://ps2newz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=35773

DId u try booting into the backup flash then boo the upgrade from there u might hav an "homebrewed" one
