    Hi,

I Am new to ps2 modding, i have infinitied my v7 - no problems.

One of my mates has now ordered an MI and wants me to install it in his V3.

I have identified all of the points to solder using the infinity diagrams, seems straight forward. The only problem i have, is where do i route the wires from one side of the board to the other, and where do i mount the chip???

A Prompt reply would be appreciated, as this project (fingers crossed) will be undertaken tomorrow!!

i believe there was a picture (although it says it's not found) in the section where people are showing off their tidy, and not so tidy handywork. - does anyone have any photos??

    Thanks In Advance

    Mark

USE FOR BIOS THE POINTS IN THE UPPER SIDE OF MOBO ( you can find in MXL2 diagrams ) . FOR SCEX USE THE POINT OF THE OLD NEO 2.x LEG 2 .
    WORK GREAT.

Be aware that the v3 is harder to mod than the v7. v7 is probably the easiest. Make sure you're up for the points required.

There are no easy alternatives. Those points are probably the easiest.
