MI boots from stby every time, never off reset!?!?

hi guys

anyone heard of anythin like this, i'm not having much luck at the minute

boots backups everytime form standby but when i hit reset to reboot a backup it goes to the gold disc screen?

check your reset wire! mybe you soldered it to the wrong point!

check if ps1 games are working.. if not.. then you can be certain its the reset wire!
