Messiah2 V1.22 problems.

Looks exactly the same as a normal Messiah2.Without pulling out the Actel chip,I won't know why it measures a reverse bias on the diode(in cct).......just thought u may have seen this b4.

I asked for a photo to help diagnose your problem. Methinks you're being a bit smart with the technical phrases. Reverse Bias eh?

M8,I'm a Technician by trade,for the last 12 years.....so,No,I'm not trying 2 be smart!!!How else would u like me 2 explain the problem????
I don't have a photo,& I can't see how it would help.....its exatly the same as a working one.....maybe u could tell me how it would help???

Well, my v1.22 PRO (also with double sticker and the other over PRO v1.22 is write EURO v1.22).

I have the same prob in my last part (50) of messiah2 euro 1.22.
10 have the short.
I fix the 8 .
I cant fix the other 2
And other 4 of this part dont work ( i keep the wires in mobo change with anoter and work).
I have tested all for shorts unfixit 2
I have tested 20 fo working 4 is off.
My previus parts (1.21 , 1.07 ..) only 1 off in 150
Strange fw 1.22.......

If that's a solder blob it needs drilling out to be totally sure of bringing the diode into operation..

In fact this IS a drill already.

It appear to be blob?

I don't have any problem with M2 Pro, I just put an example since tickford do not post any picture.

I got 0302 batch and isn't that good in comparision with 0245 batch. Four of them I got with problem (5 or more points in short) and I cannot fix (I'll RMA them), and 3 of them wasn't any capacitor or lack of 1 capacitor at last!
