I have a v5 and v7 running Messiah2Pro v1.3 with the new PCB, while loading videos, or sound or cut scenes, it would sometimes freezes or pauses or no sound while game play. What can I do to fix it?

Did you use a thicker gage of wire for the 3.35v and gnd?

It's the only thing I can think of, but usually you get a different symptom.

3.3v and GND is 20AWG, the rest is 30awg and 26awg

Clean your PS2 or adjust the laser. The symptoms you describe have nothing to do with the Messiah chip. The chip only handles booting and authentification of discs.
The Yellow PS2 auto-boots all. PS2, PS1 stealth and DVD movies.

You can use AWG 24 for 3.3v and GND (awg 20 isn't necessary).

All the rest use AWG 30.

But the last batch of Messiah I was using had no such problems, just this batch that I got seems to be kinda funny. I'm sure they're real but I just don't know why. Plus the V7 unit is a brand new unit, so I should have to adjust the laser.... I'll check again.

like precisionmods have said .. it's the laser or the media .. not to say your Brand new ps2 has prob with it's laser.. it simply dont' like that media is in there .. it can be bad media itself or a bad brun.. ofcos you can adjust you laser to pick up your media better.. but i would "adjust" my media to the laser ..
