So you are saying if i eject a game and tap the reset once i will get RSOD instead of playing the next game?..
if that is the case i don't think it is a minor problem..that would be a pain in the ass having to shut down between games..

If you eject a game in mid-game you'd have to press Reset.
If you get the RSoD when you press Reset and you have to press it again, that's not so bad. Does need sorting out though. The 50003 is seen in the UK now so it should be easy to reproduce and fix in the next release.
