Messiah1 boots .*elf?

Can the very first messiah boot homebrewed apps (elfs) ? I have been trying all day to get the MC exploit to work but all i get is a black loading scree. Could be that my messiah simply wont boot *.elf? Anyhow, i ordered a dms4 pro, i hope it will solve the problem.

try burnng the cd-r at 1x... just a idea..
