Messiah Question

Why on US models will a no gap bios not work with the Messiah?
Does the Bios have something different programed on them?
I have a V4 with a .30 bios without a gap what is the best chip that I can get for this machine. I don't want the Neo 4.X for this as I don't want to cut the traces on the board.. Can anyone help me out with this matter.

I asked lod he said the it would work with any ps2 v4 except 1c and above does not matter if it is gap or nogap that's what he said.
i'm checking with people right now, i need an expert.

Thats good news. My brain is a little . I can't figure out if it will work why they don't promote it then? Keep me posted as if it will work I'll probably send this unit to LOD to get it installed then, because I don't trust myself.
