Yes it is.
So basically a usa console v4 with a 030bios nogap is compatible with the pal messiah, which diagrams to use.
china messiah only shows the installs of a gap version and i have a no gap.
I remember it had the diags for no-gap aswell, or it at least told you how to do it

well apparently I was wrong, it doesn't but it shouldn't matter, the no-gap is still compatible, just count out the pints from the side
