messiah 2 v7 problems

hello this is my first post but ive been reading this forum often.
anyways i visited foundmy.com a few minutes ago and they are stating that the v7 gh_017 board/scph39001 is not supported 100% by m2 pro use dms3 instead. heres my question i currently have a us v7 in layaway and i just recieved my messiah 2 pro today will this chip work.

Yes, I modded my friends system with it, and it works perfectly. And the v7 you have in layaway is probably a gh-022

They are now in Oz...

but no they were the most recent release in most countries - and in the lucky countries they still are!

The Messiah2 V1.30 works perfectly alright in the V7 GH-022.

Not sure if I have seen a V7 017 though... not that I usually take much notice of the Main board number.

I current got one 39001 v7 with GH-017 board. I will try to install a M2 Pro 1.30 and let see what will happen.

We've installed Messiah 2 in several GH-017s, incl. NTSC - and it's 100%.
