Messiah 2 Pro Problems

hi guys am new to this like very new.my bro got his ps2 modded he put in messiah modchip.4 some reason he cant watch movies at all.can someone plz help me out.i heard that u have to disable the modchip is this true??also i try what one guy told me hold the reset button 4 5secs but nothing can u guys plx plx help me out,thx in advance

inert DVD Movie. Press power until unit goes to sleep. Then press and hold power button until blue eject light comes on then release, this will put the M2 in PSX/DVD mode

can someone plz answerds this ???ok one of my friend told me that the messiah 2 not good and that they will screwup my bro`s ps2 he said that with in 6months it will b no good is this true???he said that his bro`s ps2 got modded now it dont pick up anything and it was within 6months he said my bro did a mistake????

That's bullshit.

Don't use the Remote.. press the actual buttons on the console and see if it works.

its working better with the remote than the console am able to watch movies now.so what my friend said its bs??also i knew a guy that got his modded and in less than 1yr it wasnt working also my gf friend her ps2 dont pick up the games anymore except only one could that b the media?this is speedygo friend not the one that said it will die in 6month
