messiah 2 NEED HELP

i was wondering is there a reason why messiah 2 chip is not working with dvd-r ps2 games? it works with psone games but the ps2 dvd-rs aren't working. can anyone help me please!!!!!!!!
oh yeah how do you turn on and off the modchip?

have ya looked at the messiah 2 troubleshooting guide? that'd be the best thing to look at

to turn it off, ya just have to hold the reset button for about 5 seconds (when it gets to the menu)

Have you tested it with PS2 CD-R games?
