About LinkBacksafter modding a version 4 ntsc ps2 i noticed i unwittingly purchased a messiah 2 clone from psxmodchipcentral.com with a datel chip now cd tray will not close on it,s own if i push it in it pops right back out. i don,t see any bridges all connections look good i used diagram for messiah 2 when wiring the chip in. Does anyone know what the specific purpose is of the "Z" wire on /for the messiah 2 tw clone chip is for. any response would be appreciated
