Messiah 2 or Magic 3? Installer?

I can't decide between the two? Is one decidedly better than the other?

I am also looking for a reputable installer. I am in Louisiana.

Messiah 2 I would say. For example I have a brand new v7 PS 2 here. I first put in a v7 magic 2 clone all worked but DVD/DVDR Took it out. Everything was back to normal. Put in a MAgic 3 Same thing NO DVD/DVDR Took out the chip. Next I put in a Messiah 2 in the same PS2 and now the DVD/DVDR works NO Problem. This only leads me to belive that the Magic 2-3 Code is NOT profected just yet. And In this case The MEssiah 2 turned out to be the best solution.
