www.chipinstallation.com find an installer near you 
a computer store might do it, but they wont have the knowledge of modchips, they will just know how to solder, you could give them directions... but i suggest someone that knows about them.

There are also URL's posted in people's signatures as well - hence the question!
But yeah I have to agree it is a pretty basic site for one that seems to have got a lot of attention
But they provide a useful service - in that they are the first (well one of the first) to provide a database of installers world wide.
I had one of them that I started 3 to 4 years ago but there were only Australian Installers listed and a couple of Americans. Most failed to keep updating their contact details so were removed.
