I did an install of a original messiah in a v4 and it had no problems. The unit will now not boot any backups. The user said that he pulled the memory card during a game, but did not say at which point he pulled the card, during play or while saving.

Is it possible that pulling the card can cause a fuse to blow? Are there other areas where I should be looking for the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

the memory card had nothing to do with it, check if a wire came loose.
I thought saving 15% on my car insurance was good but having my ps2 modded by N£TM£ÇH was way better!

I just checked it and there is no vibration function on any games. So I am thinking that a fuse is blown.
