    Hello everyone

I try to install XCM HDCONNECT in my slim pstwo v12. The bottom side strip is cleanly soldered but on the top side of board i mess up with solder splash on two IC.Now thaey r bridged. I try to remove it but all in vain.

The game is working fine with CD DVD but i cannot make to hard disk.

I want to know can there will arise any problem if the bridged solder points remain on that IC ?

    Please reply fast....

    Thanks

yip - any shorts will need to be removed. should be simple enough - just get yourself some desolder wick, also called desoldering braids in some places.
