I have this wierd problem. The console boots to browser and I can see the matrix infinity logo at startup, but once I put in a DVD or CD, I cant reset it or Turn it off. I have to unplug it from the back. I cheked for pinched wires and didnt see non. Im researching the issue, but if someone knows what could be the problem, can you please share it with me. Could it be a shitty ground connection? Thank you all in advance.

OK, i noticed two other things, it will power off if I dont put in any dvd's inside, put if I reset it, it goes to blank screen and also the matrix chip does not wait for the controller. it still goes to browser without waiting 15 seconds for the pad to be pluged in. Any tips? Thank you all for any help.

Yes, check your installation. This happend to me 1 or 2 times too, and there has always been something wrong with installation. I dont remember whats wrong though, but i would check the DVD points (on most chips, a,b,i,h,j)

Yeah, when i think about it, it was misplaced wires that caused this on my installs too.
