From Matrix Team, will add also the DVD9 back-up compatibility in update 1.4 and a new infinity manager...will be released in a few days

Hopefully there few days would really be few,and they wont let us wait long...

Also there was another thread about there new update but nothing was mentioned about adding dvd9 support.

meaning it will read games backed up on DL discs will now be playable when they were previously unplayable?
are they still implementing anti-clone into this update?

Yes,so if you have a cheap clone like modbo,matrix infinity se ect... it will not work,thank god for that

Lets hope it comes out soon. I now can burn these firmwares thanks to having a cd burner.

The firmware is ready and is under testing all features, all console models...it will take a few days

Btw...you dont need a cd burner if you have ftp connection, the u can update via Infman

I think one the reasons that we're seeing 1.4 update now is probably because Toxic 1.3 is claiming to be the world first to support DVD+R DL. Or it could be the other way round. You never know.
