Matrix Infinity Corrupted Data

I have installed a matrix infinity in my ps2 everything is working ok, but after installing some programs to the memory card if i go to the browser some blue blocks with corrupted data appear, is this normal? and can i still make saves to that card or is it prefirible to let that card only for programs and use another one for saves?
