Mars Action Chip???

Anyone have any experience with Mars 2 chip. Just installed 1st one to try it out. Unless my game didn't backup right the chip isn't working. Any thoughts? I used fujifilm dvd-r and record now max on a brand new lite-on dual writer.

I got it to work. Wrong place on install for 3.3v. Thanks anyway
