mars 502 ultra (DMS3 V2) & new silver 50004 PAL PS2

i have a SILVER PS2 50004 (don't know if v9 or 10 ?)

Know my question:
I have the chance to get a mars 502 ultra (maibe mars 501, will tomorrow know exaktly which mod chip) instalation + 1year guarantie for 85 Euro.

What so you guys think about this?
What is good and what bad about mars 502 ultra?


If i do this, on what dvd media should i write games that my lens will live long ? (traxdata, verbatin dvd+r for example?)

On what must i put an eye if i'm buying a new dvdrekorder, and what spee should a ps2game be burned?

Get the DMS3. Buy Ritek DVD-R.

You have to use the dms3 plus or dms3 for v9. The v2 wont work on v9 or v10.
