magicv kx graphic problems!!!

my v12 has started failing or so i think. i have been playing san adreas for a long time now and i keep getting what seems to be grahic hangs, the first couple days i didnt experience this at all, screen gets blank except for character , i have to stay still for everything to return.i remember i used to get this on my old pc when trying to play gta, but it was caused by poor graphic card.so im wondering what could be wrong with my ps2, maybe its overheating(i dont think since i just need to play 5mins to get the hangs)got a defective graphic card or maybe something to do with my chip!! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. btw i have a couple fans laying around..has any1 installed an extra fan??if so tutorial would help

I doubt you have any more room for a fan. Are you sure the fan is spinning and working?

might be atiming issue, im gona double ckeck the r wire. since it hangs for long time in a black screen

You have a bad copy of GTA.. is it a DVDR? My DVDR of GTASA has horrible graphic problems.. the streaming on the laser is too much and it just gives up after awhile..

you might be right havent notice the problem on any other game, but then again san andreas has the most intesive graphics all of my game, im gona try to burn at 1x next time, it also seem like the laser was right against the disc, the disc is messed up!!!!!
