    Just wondering how the Magic Team's claims about the Magic5KX+ chips not needing a laser fix are holding up...

    It'd be interesting if nobody has any problems with them yet. I personally don't think I've read of any one who has had problems - but I still can't see how the modchip would prevent the lasers from burning - as it's happening on non-modded machines as well.

    Been doing lots of Muppets the clone of the MagicVKX And so far no failures on the v12 I think maybe that more wires to the CD/DVD controller the better.
