Magic3 v1c GH-005 Installation question

Have a question soldering the point "S"....

I just de-soldered the power supply (which took me 2 hrs with a 25 watt iron) and hoping to solder the OFFICIAL point "S".

Anyway, the installation picture marked as "bottom side" from China-Magic does not match my board?!? (But the Sony Chip number CXD1869A matched)

I'm totally confused now and hope someone knows what's going on or if you can show me a picture.

Although there are 2 alternate "S" points;http://www.modchipforums.com/forums/...=&postid=32841 However, sounds like they have a timing issue....

hold the board up so that the chip in in the lower left side, now look right under the very left pin of the chip and you'll see a tiny silver pad with nothing on it. Soldier your wire there. I did not take any pics while I hade it appart, but the diagrams that are floating around are from the V5 board bottom side shot and they just pasted them on all the board pics for install. I cannot help you much more than that. the silver pad is close to the big chip and has a small resister between it and the lower left pin on the chip you'll se it you cannot miss it.
