Magic3 Real or Clone?

I have a blue magic3u

the black chips says Ubicon and the top thing says 50.00 and to the right there little cap is white in colour. the left side bridge is white in colour too?

Now that pisses me off... He is screaming up and down that these chips are "Fake" (And granted alot of them are) But there is one chip there that is actually a REAL Magic 3. Yes it is based on the OLD code - but that doesnt make it a 'fake'. Thats just like someone saying that my ORIGINAL messiah is a fake because it doesnt have the new code and PCB set. I hate the guestapo tactics used in this ****ing modchip world... (And its everywhere)

man i emailed a couple of days ago about magic3 not3.1
and he said that magic3 was made buy neoasic

and that magic3.1 was made by china-magic
ithink his just covering up for them and idiot if you ask me

it seems that someone been talking about modchip.ca and bout his stupid clone calling a china-matrix a clone check it out

According to the article date, that news story is almost 2 months old, so where's the relevance to the modchip.ca and the Magic 3.1 which was released only a few weeks ago...?

if anyone could help me host the picture of my mod-chip it'd be great....but my chip on the modchip.ca fake list is

the one thats 3rd down the left column with UBICON on the black chip... what about modchip.ca that claims "(if it says ubicom on the black chip it a fake 100% )" ...my supplier says my chips are 100% real?

if there a word says UBICOM on the ic, it was fake/clone, it using a magic3 code that post on the net, the code of magic3 posted on the net is not a complete code as an orginal code, a lot of things was missing when disassembler, so, many problem with a clone.

whats even dumber, is that it says "all chips below are fake" yet it has a magic 2 there.......old and buggy, but definately not fake
