magic3 probs

I got a magic3 proffesionally installed and it was working fine until now. The first prob i had was when I was playing WE6 and it got really messed up because player got stuck in animations, disappeared, reappeared etc. My second problem is that a game (THPS4)wouldn't boot at all and yet it was a working version. I know it works because it was tested on 2 different ps2 consoles (one with a neo 2.4 and the other with a messiah 2) The modchip installer is reliable because he installed my friend's messiah2 perfectly and i kno of 2 other ppl who's ps2 he modded. Every other game I have works except for these 2. What should i do?

Pretty simple, really. If you trust the installation and the games work on a Messiah modded console.....seems the answer is pretty obvious to me. If you need a little hint, try reading between the lines
