I have a technical question that I would like to clarify with your help.
I have to issues with the PlayStation2, the first one is that the console doesn't recognize that it has a media inside. I mean, when I press the reset button to start playing, there is no loading the most of the times and I got directly to the configuration screen, as if the console didn't have any cd or dvd inside.
The other issue I have is that in dvd games, sometimes the screen gots freezed (and I can't play anymore) and I don't know why. This is a very weird issue that never happened to me before (and very annoying of course). Sometimes when I am playing, the memory card configuration screen appears! that is unbelievable...!!!
How can I fix these issues?
    Regards,

what version ps2 do u have.
Try to start ur dvd games with the boot of psx and dvd movies ,most of the time that works.
By the way , what color does ur magic 3 has, we r trying to get the problem in a smaller way.
cause this is a magic 3 prob
The magic 3 with the blue/green board has the less problems.
for the media try the alterrnative W point.
