Magic3.5 + soft disolver??

In the directions for installin a magic 3.5 modchip it
says use a soft disolver with a toothbrush. I would
like to know what this.Thank you

I would imagine they mean clean the contacts with an electrical contact cleaner (formerly known as Tuner Cleaner in the pre-digital TV days. Comes in a spray can available at Radio Shack, etc.)
