Magic3.1 PCB Error??

Ok, I got 2 Magic3.1 Chips on thursday last week, looking up at them in the light (they were under a magnifying lamp

) I see a very small bridge near the top of the black chip right to the left of the number V1. Is this normal for Magic3.1 Chips ?

Oh, I would also like to add that both chips have this bridge so I am guessing it is not an error but I just want some info on this.

yes the chip is pose to have those pins bridged
