Magic V on V5 US Console

I recently replaced my Magic 2 to Magic V chip. Dont ask me WHY... maybe I should have gone with DMS chips... anyways, everything worked fine when i had M2...

But now I have Magic V, I cant load PS1 backups.. DVD-R works fine.... I turned off the console and on, and when it is RED light, i HOLD down until BLUE eject button lights up, and then I let go.. just like M2.. but it goes to AUDIO PLAYER mode in PS2... any ideas?? Please help!
